A former employee allegedly leaked a Yandex source code repository, part of which contained more than 1,900 factors the search engines uses for ranking search results. This leak has revealed 1,922 ranking factors Yandex used in its search algorithm, at least as of July 2022. Yandex ranking factors list.

Google's John Mueller repeated it, the time spent on a page by your users is not a factor Google uses for ranking. Time spent on the page is not a Google ranking factor, he said, "It doesn't," meaning Google doesn't care about time spent on the page for ranking purposes.
