Just over a year ago, my role at Buffer shifted, and I became a Growth Marketing Manager working on Buffer’s Growth Marketing team. This change happened at a time when we needed to quickly scale how we run experiments to start looking for improvements to their performance. Experiments are an important component in marketing teams and are a proven method for understanding the causal impact of a change and improving marketing strategy iteratively and quickly.
